Emma Courtney joins as an Associate Director further strengthening the Residential Capital Markets team
Emma Courtney has over 10 years’ experience in Capital Markets. Previously, Emma worked in the investment team at CBRE. The last 4 years were spent working exclusively in the residential investment space. In this role Emma covered the Multifamily and Purpose Built Student Accommodation markets. She had a specific focus on investment under-writing and consultancy services.
Emma Courtney commented “I am excited to join the Residential Capital Markets team. I look forward to helping expand the services Knight Frank can offer our clients. I am also looking forward to working in collaboration with the market leading Development Land and New Homes teams on future projects.”
