If you are displeased with any aspect of our service please:

  2. If, in the rare circumstance, we are unable to resolve your issue, the following bodies can assist:
    • Contact the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) through their website: www.scsi.ie. This is the representative body of many property agents and carries out monitoring, investigation and disciplinary procedures when rules are broken by their members.
    • Contact the Property Services Regulatory Authority. A copy of their complaints process can be found on their website: www.psr.ie.


Please note all correspondence regarding complaints will be retained for a period of six years.
